What do you think should be the direction of SLuG?
SLug is at the crossroads. The group have been around awhile and is experiencing growing pains. We us a group need to come to a decision on what do we want SLuG to be.
Just like any organization it is more effective if it listens to its members. So this is our chance to influence the direction of our organization. If you want something you need to tell the rest of the group and be prepared to defend it. If its a good idea, everyone will recognize that. A concensus will be reached and a decision made.
That also means that each member has the obligation to act. If you do not participate in the process and the outcome is not to your liking. Then you only have yourself to blame. Because we are a volunteer organization. Those who act get to influence the future. So what are you doing.
Start by responding to this discussion. How far you want to go is up to you. It is your organization, own it.
