August Potluck and Organizational Meeting

Jigs & Fixtures at 7:30
Bring some food to share for dinner, and your favorite jig and/or fixture to share with the other luthiers!

Dues will be collected! Please bring a check.
And finally, nominations will be taken for SLG's officers. Anyone not present is likely to be elected, so be there!
For first-time visitors: Gurian Instruments is located on a barge near the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks. From downtown Ballard, go west on Market Street until it jogs briefly to the left. Just as it jogs back to the right, turn left into the parking lot for the locks. To the left (east) is a parking lot, possibly free at night, and a gate leading to the pier. (If the gate is locked we'll have someone stationed there; call if you can't get in.)
Go through the gate, turn right when able and walk toward the water. The Gurian barge used to be there. . . but now it's one slip to the east, a large, light-colored metal building. There's no sign. Up the gangway and through the door with the combination lock (probably open). If you get lost, call (206) 467-7990.

- I know its a little too close to the event for some people but that's the way it is. See you guys there.
